When  weather does not permit  us  to serve breakfast in the garden, an ancient artisan’s workshop  has been transformed into  an elegant dining room, and it  will welcome you with  freshly-baked croissants, cakes,  cookies , bread , as well as scrambled   eggs, ham, cheese, salami, cereal, yoghurts ,  and assorted honey, marmalade, fruit-juice and seasonal  fresh fruit.

Choosing from our refined selection of Italian wines stocked in our Cellar (ranging from Vermentino di Gallura to Brunello di Montalcino )  guests can enjoy the pleasant relaxing atmosphere of the café-bar or the garden, an ideal spot for savouring a glass of excellent wine before  venturing  out to the picturesque and intimate alleys of Trastevere in search of a good “osteria” or one of the many fine restaurants of this most frequented dining area of old Rome.
