All rooms are  at  ground level , built around a courtyard and portico , each illuminated by a window which looks out at the orange trees in the garden. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, painted with sunny colours and floral motifs. Each room is furnished with simple, but elegant oak wood furniture. They have "cotto" tile floors, and all the modern amenities: air conditioning, mini bar, safe, satellite LCD television, telephone, and bathroom with bath or shower, plus hair-dryer.

The Suite Junior Mansarda is a two-level room with a connecting staircase.

At ground level, the small yet comfortable living area can be set as a bedroom with one single bed or, on request, an extra bed added as a bunk bed.

The second level is a romantic room with sloping roof (mansarda); it has a double bed and bathroom.

This is a new Suite with sloping roof (with 3 skylight windows) and 2 separate rooms. The first one is a large room with sofa bed, writing desk, 2 single beds, wardrobe and small toilet with sink and w.c.

This is also a two-level room.
